I am a Norwegian photographer whose work is characterized by my adventures in Norway. Instead of creating contrived scenes, I try to create authentic moments and capture them as the unfold before me. I have spent the the last 5 years behind the lens capturing adventures all from underwater, to the top of the mountains.

Through my years as a photographer and videographer I have cooperated with Visit Norway, GoPro, Turistforeningen, UTno, NRK, TV2, NTNU, Dykking, among many other.

I also run a blog together with my finance Henrikke Haugan. We write about our journeys in Norway, how to get there and what to do. We also write about the gear we use and tips and tricks. In addition I also write a few posts about photography and videography. We call the blog Trails Of Norway. Take a look at the blog here.

From hobby to freelance

My interest for photography started in 2008 when I went to Høgtun Folkehøgskole. I had daily trips doing diving, skiing, hiking and sports, and the camera came with me everywhere. From 2009 to 2015 I studied engineering in underwater technology, while actively using my camera. In 2012 after a few years of photography, I decided to invest in more heavy-duty camera equipment, both for underwater and surface, thus my photography career started.
